Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We refund the full amount of money including shipping costs in case of a quality-related defect or mistake/s from our side.
If the return is not due to our mistake (for example, if you just don't like the product, colour, material or did not received the delivery at the post office and it was shipped back or was mistaken with size), we will deduct the our shipping cost from your refund and bank fees. In this case the process of refund can take up to fifteen working days from the moment item/s will be delivered to us in perfect condition and shape not worn and in original package. We recommend to exchange garments rather than make a refund as shipping costs deducted from the price will be more than 20 USD plus bank fees.
